7:00 Am: pick you up from Hanoi and transfer to Hà Na Farm in Hà Nam province.
8:30 AM: arrive at Hà Na Herbal farm, enjoy the welcome herbal tea and greet the Owner. Then visit the farm and try to touch and smell herbal trees with various local herbal trees, especially species in the northern part of Vietnam. Listening to the story of development is essential in Vietnam.
10:00 am: learning how to extract aromatherapy from the herbal with the host and see all of the products from essential oil.
11:30am: relax and have lunch at the Ha Na house
1:00 PM: enjoy break time in meditation music and aromatherapy.
1: 45 PM: enjoy a special workshop: perfume blend/handmade soap/handmade candle/rolling perfume.
3:30 PM: Visit Nha Xa Real traditional silk village. And knowledge of the different silk villages in Vietnam.
Then visit the old silk family, see how they weave the silk, dyeing silk and visit the silk products display.
5:00 PM: Say goodbye to the host and transfer back to Hanoi.
6-6:30 PM: arrival at Hanoi opera house.
